On the way out of the store the trolley wheels locked preventing me from being able to push a heavy load of cartons to my car, kindly enough an employee named Alex grabbed a carton and walked it over to my boot even after his shift was finished and was on his way home he still went out of his way to be nice, thanks mate you’re a legend

I've been here a couple times but the last time I went some white guy kept following me and my mate maybe it because we were brown but he was giving young Karen energy. DONT RACIALLY PROFILE PEOPLE!. just terrible service period even tho the booze is somewhat affordable I now go to BWS or any other bottle shop in redbank area.
